The best part is the time factor, that you can prepare most of these quickly. The ingredients as well seem to be easily available. Most of the recipes are easy to make and do not require any cooking expertise. I am always in a rush and it is always good to have something that helps with my schedule. I am totally in love with these recipes. They take less than 20 minutes for me to prepare and I absolutely love it. I can even prepare the ingredients the night before and prepare it in the morning while waiting for my coffee. It’s that easy! And the recipes are delicious.

I love this 15 minute meal book. I am always in a hurry because of work but I know I have to serve my family food to keep them all day active and full of energy. This cookbook which contains 22 quick and healthy recipes are the answer to my problem. Now I can make sure that they have eaten a healthy food before they start and end their day.

As a busy mom, I’m always on the lookout for finding recipes that are quick and easy but still healthy for my family. I’m glad I found this book because it answers all that I ask for. For less than 15 minutes I can make nutritious and delicious meals. The book also includes healthy facts for each recipe as well as amount of calories per serving. I’m going to try the Spicy Shrimp Salad which is just 170 calories per serving.

As a post-grad student it has become too difficult for me to find the time to cook healthy stuff and this book really did help me in doing exactly that. Easy to follow instructions and simple book that you can follow to create great tasting items for lunch and for dinner. Variety of recipes using different food items such as beef, chicken and prawn.

15 minute meals are so quick and easy! Some days it takes me longer to do the dishes then it did to cook the meal. There are a lot of really healthy options with lots of vegetables. I am slowly loosing weight with this.

This book is just what I expected it to be, a great little book full of recipes to follow which are perfect for travellers such as myself who like to use the whole day and not have to waste time in the kitchen. Nice and easy meals.
