This book contains many quick and easy recipes, especially that it is time consuming and adaptable to the whole family. What I liked the most in this book is the way the author mentions the health benefits of some vegetables, which will encourage us to cook it.

The recipes are pretty good but I would not consider them to be “quick and easy”. Most of them have many ingredients and some of the spices were hard to obtain in my small rural town.

Such a good idea for a book. It’s full of simple and tasty recipes that don’t seem like they will be too complicated to make. I’ve decided that I shall be using this book for the next month to put into practice what the book has to offer. So many times I come home and I’m short of time but don’t even have any idea on what to eat. This book provides the solution to that problem definitely and would recommend to anyone with not so much creativity in the kitchen like me.

Just about all the recipes for a dinner a day, or evening, look really good and tasty. Since I’m a vegetarian with some seafood, there are a few I would not eat, but I do like the premise of the book. Sort of a non-thinkers meal plan. Tonight we’re having the Cheesy Hot Tuna Melt Platter and tomorrow the Seared Broccoli with a Lemon Twist. The Happy Humming Hummus with Pit Bread and the Texan Scramble will work and for every other day there’s always the Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Lots of easy and quick recipes for any feast on your table.
