I just got my BodyMedia LINK yesterday so I can’t review the functionality just yet other than to say it was easy to set up. I did want to let everyone know that it comes with a medium strap and I don’t know why I didn’t think to look into that part because I have big arms so it is a concern. And sure enough it is much too small. The only place I could find selling the straps is BodyMedia itself and when I got to the end of the checkout process an error came up and said “Thank you for your interest in BodyMedia. We are no longer selling the BodyMedia line of products but will continue to support current users with the Activity Manager services.” So that is probably a good thing to know if you are just now buying one of their products because it begs the question – how long will they continue to support the Activity Manager?

This was rated the most accurate fitness tracker over FitBit, Misfit, and others. It’s a shame it’s been canceled by Jawbone after acquisition. The arm bands can be a bit of a battle, and getting replacements are now difficult (there’s a UK company that sells a clone with perfect replacement armbands!)
