This is a must have for anybody really trying to follow the A Blood Type diet. Planning meals from this book is so much more relaxed than trying to amend other recipes to fit the blood type diet. It has made grocery shopping and meal planning much easier for me. Plus, the recipes are delicious. The Veggie Lasagna is the best veggie lasagna I have ever had! And some of the meals seem so indulgent compared to how I was trying to follow the blood type diet on my own – especially the Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast, Stone-Fruit Salad, and Fish Tacos. Major props to Chef Kristin O’Conner for developing such healthy, delicious meals!

Calorie count which is missing would be useful.

I am slowly learning to cook healthy foods for myself that are actually tasty. Finding the ingredients is still a challenge. And I live in California with lots of vegans and vegetarians. Calorie count which is missing would be useful.

I have been following blood type nutrition for quite some time and am always on the look out for new/different recipes. I tend to adapt some that I find which may not be completely compatible with my blood type. This book is absolutely wonderful. Makes it very easy to cook delicious recipes and not worry about adaptability of ingredients. I have most of Dr. D’Adamo’s books and have been making recipes out of the Cook Right For (4) Your Type for some time. Looking forward to making the dishes in this new book.

This cookbook is amazing, and is one of the best Blood Type Diet cookbooks I’ve ever seen. The recipes in it are unbelievably delicious and it the Blood Type B diet needs. Lots of gourmet meats, veggies. pastas, salads, desserts, and more. With a cookbook like this, it will be easy to stick to my blood type diet recommendations!

This book is even better than the full edition of the “blood type” cookbook because it goes more in detail for just Type A blood types, I really enjoy it because it gives me tons of ideas of how to come up with my own recipes by just changing a few ingredients here and there to better suite my own taste buds but still staying true to my blood type diet.
