This book is good. If you are looking for guidance on embarking on a new and healthy life, this is it. It provides information of different foods and how they should be consumed. The benefits are also enlisted. Making it easier to control what goes in your body. I also liked that not only were foods listed but the proportion in which they are best recommended. Just when you think oh this is good it got better. This is so as it even had a meal plan included. I found this convenient. However it still provided room to make your own plan. Due to the fact that food was listed and elaborated on. I am glad I gave it a try.

All praise for the book and the author. In this book you will find absolutely everything related to good health . So many useful things that I believe we are not so even know that they are a balm for our bodies and for our body . Avoid junk food if you want to feel good and full of enthusiasm , which is a guarantee for long-term health and good looks . In the book you can find all the useful information for each pvrce , fruits, cereals and all the benefits that they carry and left in our body . There is a saying ” health goes into the mouth ” make it the best possible way ! you will not regret ! There is nothing better when we are healthy and happy !

I would have given a five star but there was a few too many grammar mistakes,to the point a few sentences made no sense,a clear list at the end would have been wonderful,something like these are good these are bad ,but all in all not bad ,like i said good info
