I’ve been reading on nutrition blogs about how great fermented food is for our digestive systems, so I”m interested in making my own, just to have a little more control over the process. This book has made it seem really easy and I’m a lot less intimidated than I was at first. Can’t wait to get started! Love the recipes, which are broken down into easy steps.

I am refining the way I eat lately and have been told that eating fermented foods is good for you. This book is well put together, it is clear and easy to follow and has some amazing recipes in it. This book is just what I have been waiting for. I really can’t see why somebody would not give this book a 5 star rating. Thank you so very much for giving me a lot of answers for my health issues. I wish this author all the best and will definitely be purchasing more from them.

This is a good and quite compelling guide for Fermented Foods as well as great book to start. We all need to watch more carefully what we eat these days. As it goes: “You Are What You Eat”. This book is a good beginning to start choosing your food more consciously and be more healthy. I am thankful to the author for writing it and providing to us these delicious recipes.
