I am refining the way I eat lately and have been told that eating fermented foods is good for you. This book is well put together, it is clear and easy to follow and has some amazing recipes in it. This book is just what I have been waiting for. I really can’t see why somebody would not give this book a 5 star rating. Thank you so very much for giving me a lot of answers for my health issues. I wish this author all the best and will definitely be purchasing more from them.
