Finally a recipe book you can use. Most healthy recipes are made with some nasty ingredients. It was nice to see some recipes that actually look good to try. I look forward to trying them out soon.

What a wonderful variety of hot and cold, snacks/lunchbox/party tables and for entertainment everyday. There was even a chutney and sweets, and, some wonderful sauces, substantial dinners and in gloriously colourful pictures which both keep the interest and ensure understanding of how it all should look.
