Starting a raw foods diet can be very challenging, especially when you have no idea what to prepare and how to go about doing it the right way. This is where cookbooks like this comes in.The author provides some good information on a study that have proved how beneficial this diet is for those who are diseased along with other great benefits such as weight loss and better brain function. The recipes are very nutrient dense and are easy for any beginner to prepare. I will be adding this book to my collection of raw food cookbooks.

A superbly written guide to the healthiest tips and recipes on the raw food diet. I extremely appreciated the introduction by the author explaining about the building blocks of our bodies, our bodies’ ability to regenerate and nutrients that the body needs and how we can help in this procedure. The recipes are a delight I have tried some and love them and can’t wait to put the rest on my table. If one would like to be healthy , keep fit all throughout the year and feel great, this is a book you must have!!! Recommended without a doubt!
