I’ve seen some of the bad reviews on this and wanted to say, “to each their own”. My children and myself have celiacs and wanted to try something convenient to eat from time to time. I will say, the first time I tried this, I wasn’t completely hooked because the flavor is different than what we are all use to for chicken noodle. BUT I’m glad I didn’t try it once and give up on it. I think it’s one of those things where you are use to something a specific way or something. Anyway, it is now one of my and my family’s favorites!! The texture of the chicken is the EXACT SAME as canned type chicken that’s in any canned soup. The flavor of the broth is unique but very good. Even if I wasn’t celiac I would still continue to eat this as my canned chicken soup brand. I do notice that the noodle texture is better when cooked a bit longer. **My own personal preferences: We like to put a couple dashes of Tabasco in the soup and eat it with those crunchy corn tortillas you buy at the store for tostadas or just corn chips. Might sound weird for chicken soup but my kids love it, plus the Tabasco works great to help clear your sinuses when you’re sick.

Great Product for those of us who eat Gluten-Free. When you use it for the first time, you may be concerned about the dark color compared to a traditional product, but it taste the same. We enjoy a number of dishes that require Cream of Mushroom Soup and this product has worked well in all of them, just be prepared for your dish to appear much more brown than the traditional soup you have been using.

I was sent two incorrect cases of these as the organic soups instead of gluten free. I luckily checked this so that my wife did not suffer from gluten illness as she has celiacs.

When you don’t feel like settling for a rice soup, this chicken noodle soup does the trick. The flavor of the broth seems a little strong at first, but I found that after a few sips it was fine. The noodles are very noodlicious and not noticeably gluten-free.

I was having a hard time finding this in my local store. Amazon came to the rescue at a great price. The calorie count is great and it’s gluten-free and my picky son loves it. That’s a win in my book.

Well done and flavorful. Short on the chicken and vegetables though.

Nice job. Noodles are very flavorful and their texture is perfect. The broth is also very well done. However, it doesn’t get five stars because there is simply not enough chicken or vegetables in the soup.

Don’t follow directions. Cook for 3 minutes not 2 minutes

For all those that complain that the chicken is dry and the noodles are chewie, your microwave is underpowered. Instead of 2 minutes I put it in for 3 minutes and the chicken was was perfect and the noodles tender. The only negative comment is that I am not used to garlic in chicken soup but once I got used to it I liked it.
