Very Good!

Specialty gluten free soup, as is understandable for the extra cost of making them, is usually too expensive for my budget. But this time, with a Subscribe and Save 15% discount and a lower than usual beginning amount for a 12 pack, I was able to purchase one. At about $1.75 per can this way, I don’t have to feel guilty thinking I have overall indulged. And it is a great treat to be able to enjoy something like this for a change from rice soups. It IS chicken noodle soup, and very tasty at that! Just ate TWO cans with melted ceese for supper.Thank you, Gluten Free Cafe!🙌🙌🙌 🎵🗽😇🌷

I could get emotional if I allowed my self to, but this helped me remain sane through the worst 3 month long gastritis flare I’ve ever had. In a world of the most flavorless, soul draining culinary experiences, this soup and I had an almost honeymoon-like affair. I would count down the hours at work until lunch time, eyeing the cans every couple phone calls, building my anticipation. And every single time, it delivered. I am so grateful for this product.

Give this a try!

I’ve seen some of the bad reviews on this and wanted to say, “to each their own”. My children and myself have celiacs and wanted to try something convenient to eat from time to time. I will say, the first time I tried this, I wasn’t completely hooked because the flavor is different than what we are all use to for chicken noodle. BUT I’m glad I didn’t try it once and give up on it. I think it’s one of those things where you are use to something a specific way or something. Anyway, it is now one of my and my family’s favorites!! The texture of the chicken is the EXACT SAME as canned type chicken that’s in any canned soup. The flavor of the broth is unique but very good. Even if I wasn’t celiac I would still continue to eat this as my canned chicken soup brand. I do notice that the noodle texture is better when cooked a bit longer. **My own personal preferences: We like to put a couple dashes of Tabasco in the soup and eat it with those crunchy corn tortillas you buy at the store for tostadas or just corn chips. Might sound weird for chicken soup but my kids love it, plus the Tabasco works great to help clear your sinuses when you’re sick.

A winner for those with Celiacs and stomach bugs!

Bought this chicken noodle soup for my Fiancée as she has celiacs and can’t have the normal Campbell’s soup. This couldn’t have come at the perfect time as she was feeling sick with a stomach bug. She made a can as I bought several for her and she said the she couldn’t tell the difference between the gluten free cafe version from what she remembered from eating Campbell’s before being diagnosed. I had to try because I’m a curious George and always think that gluten free has to taste different. It’s really good and honestly you really can’t tell. It tastes homemade, if I could give this more stars I would.

Great Product for those of us who eat Gluten-Free. When you use it for the first time, you may be concerned about the dark color compared to a traditional product, but it taste the same. We enjoy a number of dishes that require Cream of Mushroom Soup and this product has worked well in all of them, just be prepared for your dish to appear much more brown than the traditional soup you have been using.
