I used to constantly cook out of a box. It was easier and took less time. I recently decided that I wanted start eating healthier and the first step was to start cooking without premade, boxed meals. I purchased the Kindle Version of the book so that I would easily be able to read it on my Kindle and use while in the kitchen. I never thought that I would be able to prepare these amazing meals. The recipes are easy to read, follow along and prepare. The color pictures still make my mouth water.

My husband and I want to eat healthy and I am used to cooking for 6 so this healthy cookbook for two comes in handy. In reading this I learned everything from measurements to ingredients to cooking to leftovers. They took the guess work out of everything and I am impressed with that. There is chapters for each different meal type so you can find something for everyone. Overall this has some great recipes and I highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I love this cookbook. We struggled for some time finding the right way to shop for groceries throughout the week, but this book’s weekly meal plan helped tons! The author’s quirky sense of humor about a “graveyard of half-used ingredients” made for fun reading as well.

Coming into the new year I was looking for a cookbook to help me with my weight loss new year resolution. This cook book has wonderful tips to healthy eating and even ways to save money doing so. The format of this cookbook is great. It’s informative without being boring and the recipes are delicious. I will definitely be using these recipes when cooking for my husband and I. I would highly reccomend this book to anyone who is looking for new and healthy recipes.

This is an easy to read, visually stimulating book that is full of delicious recipes. The hardest part about portioning for 1 or 2 people with a regular cookbook is the transposition of ingredients. By focusing on integrating helpful diet tips with perfectly portioned meals, the authors have given American palettes a great starting point. Nice book for beginning cooks, and even experienced chefs will find something to nibble on as well.

I loved this cookbook! It’s primarily just my daughter and I, cooking for two is surely not easy! A lot of times, I resort to ordering or picking up food to save the hassle. I like this book because it provided recipes that could serve small crowds. I like that a lot of the recipes are gluten free and low calories. There are a lot of great recipes to check out. Definitely recommend for those interested in eating healthier.
