Love this book. It has very good recipes in it for everyone, from the meat eater to the vegetarian! Most of the recipes are very simple and delicious. It is very easy to pick several meals to make through out the week as many recipes use some of the same ingredients. I am so very happy with this book, the meals are delicious and healthy.

I will have to say I am a single mom so there are only two of us here to cook for. I got to review this cookbook and have to say that I love the recipes and the portions are just right for the two of us. I tried a couple of the recipes and I liked that there was just enough for us and no annoying left overs for me to find room in the fridge for. I also love that this cookbook is full of healthy recipes and my three year old daughter just loves the food I have made so far. Great cookbook. I recieved this book in return for an honest unbiased review and which is 100% my own and may differ from yours or others.

Sometimes cooking for only two people can be difficult. Isn’t it easier to just eat out or order in takeout? If you are trying to eat healthy then this would not be a good approach. Luckily this healthy cookbook has plenty of great recipes that are delicious and easy to make. What I like about this cookbook is that it has quick meals and of course my favorite, desserts. A few of my favorites already are Chicken Parmesan and Fruit Tarts. Yes you can eat healthy and enjoy what you are eating and this great cookbook will get you there. I received this book for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

This is one book that I am going to be keeping on hand for a long time to come. Being a parent, you don’t always think about actually making meals for 2 but it is something that happens a lot because everyone seems to want something different for meals.I liked how the recipes told you exaclty how much is needed for 2 helpings. The recipes are pretty simple and I saw a lot that I may want to try in the future. Since I am always looking for recipes that are simple to make, this is the perfect book for me.

The best thing about this book was the recipes. Some of them I already knew how to make but it was nice to see the ingredients on a smaller scale instead of for a large group of people. In the book they tell you about how to eat and cook healthy but all of what they tell you is basic common sense in everyday cooking. Other than all the recipes offered, this book was not interesting

I purchased this cookbook as both my husband and I need to make some changes to our eating habits. I haven’t had time to try any of the recipes; however, they look quite easy to prepare.
