I really like this cookbook. I am loving all the great recipes that this book is filled with and while there are some that I probably won’t be trying there are so many that I can’t wait to try out.

This is a wonderful cookbook that provides delicious recipes that are typically items that we are supposed to give up on diets, such as macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. The book also contains a section with recipes that follow the “DASH” concept to help lower blood pressure. All of the recipes in both sections are delicious, and I look forward to incorporating them into a healthy diet. I am always looking for good recipes to try out and this book had a ton! Also, I like that it had a healthy edge to it and had a lot of choices for recipes to try. It was easy to go through and skim through to find recipes. Personally, I use tabs to mark pages that caught my attention to try later. It’s important to me as I get older to keep fit and to be healthy. Nowadays, it’s so easy to just head to eat fast food but I realize that is not good for me.

I have really started to enjoy cooking more and more but sometimes we really get stuck in a rut and tend to have the same things over and over again as far as food goes! Thinking back on some of the things I cook they are not the healthiest either and I would really like to start cooking a little more healthy for my family to really get all the good nutrients that they need. This recipe book was amazing. It focused on my down fall: comfort foods. It was so nice to read and get some great ideas on some healthier alternatives to all the foods that I love eating and making. The recipes that they gave were really easy to follow as well as all the ingredients would be extremely easy to find whether you are near a giant retailer or just have a small, local grocery store! Great recipe book! I did receive this book at a discounted rate to try out for the seller!

This book has alot of good recipes and all around a great cookbook to add to your collection. i tried some of the recipes and they are really good. Its not a long book tho its not too short so its great for a quick read while still getting all the info and such that you would expect from a book like this. It has pictures fo the meals as well which i really liked.

I LOVE this cookbook! I wish I was able to find it in a paperback version for christmas gifts! This book is extremely helpful when looking to change the way you eat. The reciipes in this book are not only tasty but many of them seem very easy to cook! I have cooked a few of the items from this book and have yet to make something that tasted bland or like it was a “diet” recipie. There is a wealth of information in this cookbook that you can apply to other recipies that are not in this cookbook such as substitutions that allow you to reduce your chaloric intake and not spare on taste!
