Healthy food forms a significant part of the journey towards living a healthier lifestyle. It means a lot to me to discover this book of recipes because I didnโ€™t know what could be classified as healthy in my life. The writer does very well in explaining the recipes in a very well and thorough manner. I read this book and it taught me the best healthy recipes to prepare in order to lose weight, boost energy, and feel healthy. The foods all look delicious and easy to cook. These recipes will definitely help with weight control, energize you and make you feel healthier. All recipes are all natural ingredients, an important factor in our home when it comes to cooking. Too many weight loss recipes are for sure good for you and allow you to lose weight but don’t taste all that good and leave you wanting more. The author is really clever to put a little trivia at the end of each recipes. The writer does very well in explaining the recipes in a very well and thorough manner. I was looking for a good easy to follow quickly. Keep it off and maintain a healthy lifestyle Healthy recipes.

I’m so happy that I decided to get Linda’s books! She’s changed my life. The book tackles the unhealthy habits from diverse perspectives and advices on how to better achieve goals. Apart from explaining she gives tips, healthy recipes and an easy explanation behind everything she shares! Love it!

A blighter of a book. I have been working my way through Linda Westwood’s books and so have picked up a lot of wonderful tips and tricks from her work. This book has a few extra tips that none of the rest do, so even if you think you’ve read them all, this book is well worth a read.
