I love the introduction of this book
I love the introduction of this book. As I read it, I sensed the sincerity from Laura Harris Smith’s heart. She truly cares about each person who reads the book, making available a plan to improve the spirit, mind, and body. This is a good read, informative without being preachy and from my own personal experience, following this plan has indeed starting turning things around for me – both spiritually and physically.
Healthy habits that nurture your body and mind provide a strong foundation that will make everything else in your life run more smoothly. A healthy diet and plenty of exercise are the cornerstones of this foundation but there are other healthy habits that you probably never even thought to include.
Amazing!! These solid formulas are similarly yummy… The creator is extremely shrewd to put a little incidental data toward the finish of every formula… It’s great to locate another determination of good sustenance, I’m certain my family will love this as well!

This book is very good and it contains a lot of new and effective steps and information about Healthy Living. This book is perfect for those who want’s to have more information about being more healthy and having the right lifestyle and this book is very detailed and easy to understand. This book is very well written by the author and i highly recommend this book to all of you guys.
Pretty tasty for a diet book
I like how the authors mentioned right off that these recipes are to be used for weight loss but also for boosting energy levels and feeling healthy. Too many weight loss recipes are for sure good for you and allow you to lose weight but don’t taste all that good and leave you wanting more. I also liked the set up of this book with the Ingredients listed followed by the Method of cooking an/or preparation and another added part called Good To Know. For instance, on the Herbal Arugula Soup, there is a bit in the Good to Know section about how arugula is low in calories, saturated fat and cholesterol but high in that all important fiber with vitamin A, C and K and potassium. And the recipes that I’ve tried are pretty tasty.
Wow!! These healthy recipes are equally yummy… The author is really clever to put a little trivia at the end of each recipes…It’s good to find a new selection of good food, I’m sure my family will love this too!
