I really enjoyed this book!. A lot of people are unaware of the things that entail a healthy heart. Would recommend this book to anybody who wants to know more about keeping the heart healthy. Especially the diet part stood out.

Everyone should take the time to read this book. The evidence is more than convincing to support that our diet is critical to our health. I just didn’t realize how much control we really have in our own hands to prevent so many health issues. It is really sinful that the medical community doesn’t use this information to prevent/treat this illness instead of the routinely turning to pills and surgery. I’ll be following this the rest of my life!

A little gem

This book tells us how to eat healthy in order to prevent or reduce the chances of heart disease. The author gives us an introduction on heart disease and why we should adopt a healthy diet. It gives a detailed information on which diet to choose and why. The author has listed out which food items should be included and how it helps us to stay healthy. The author also tells us which food items to avoid and how it increases the risk to heart diseases. If you are looking for a book for a healthy heart diet, this would give a lot of information about it. I would certainly recommend this book to my family and friends.
