Customer Reviews

I’m in love with dal!

 on March 31, 2016
By Jennifer
After visiting India and Nepal I have become obsessed with their cuisine, especially dal. There is nothing better than adding a spicy or sweet dal into the mix of meat and rice, so freaking good! I had no idea it was so easy to make, though a little time consuming. This book has been very helpful, not only in providing me with great recipes, but in helping me learn the names of the dals I like and the ones I don’t. Great book!
