In an age of obesity, breakfast is a cholesterol disaster just waiting to happen. In Venice I have even see German tourists drinking beer with their ham and eggs!

I am not a vegetarian, but am a dedicated breakfast lover. This little cookbook offers some good basic recipes that feature easy-to-follow instructions. A few feature “semi-homemade” type items and follow my cooking philosophy to cook once and freeze or save to eat lots of times. There are also some delicious baked items that will definitely be going into my rotation.
