The good thing about this book is that it does not leaves empty spaces. It explains the basic exercises you need to know to create your own workout routine at home and also tells you about the foods to avoid. But the most important thing is to follow the advice in this book about the diet. Foods that if you eat you will help your body to loss weight. These advices are very important and this book will explain why and all the benefits you will get. I loved it!!!
