I’ve tried many recipes in this cookbook. It’s great to have all the nutritional information for each recipe. Thanks to this book, I now have more experience in preparing healthy meals for my family. Often times, we just dont pay much attention to how different recipes will have different impact on our body. This book is a good start for having the good recipes for our heart.

Just reading these recipes makes my mouth water. Some truly delicious dishes in here. I’ve had a bit of a wakeup call over my health in recent months, and have decided it’s time to stop abusing my body. Buying this book is thus a step in the right direction. Recipes are clearly written and simple – always a bonus – looking forward to trying them out.

Well written! It is so refreshing when an e-book author actually proofreads. Recipes sound yummy. Only criticism is there is no nutritional data for the recipes.
