I tend to have very simple tastes. This does have some great meals in it but several of the foods don’t agree with me so it is not too beneficial for me. But for others who like the type of recipes in here, enjoy them. The formatting when put in e-format isn’t great but that happens sometimes.

This book provides you a lot of healthy and delicious recipes. I liked that this book gives you preparation time, cooking time and serving number, so you don’t have to try figure out how long will it cook… I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for healthy and delicious recipes

This book has a lot of healthy recipes that I really enjoyed. I particularly liked the meatball recipe and chinese tuna recipe. They’ve already become staples. I highly recommend this book.

I love this cook book. It’s a welcome addition to my cook book library! I loved the step-by-step method that each recipe is delivered in and the fact that each recipe is accompanied by a great picture makes me feel more confident in the meal I’m about to make. I found it to be very complete in that it gives you ideas for any type of meal you’re creating whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a quick little book of recipes with some exciting stuff. Everything is presented very attractively, and there are pictures of the end product. Definitely worth reading on the cloud reader to get color pictures!

A great book with amazingly yummy recipes that the whole family can enjoy. The recipes contain really healthy ingredients that are not at all harmful. I highly recommend this to all.. At $2.99 it a great deal..
