Excellent as always
Excellent as always. I’m a long time insanity user (3 years off and on) and longer time runner (20+ years) asylum level 2 is hands down the best strength training videos I’ve used. The upper elite work out is extremely challenging -especially as a female. But exactly what I needed as this is my area of weakness. When I am following the program consistently I am at my best and I can see the benefit of strength training in my cardio work. Highly recommend! I’m a fan of the athletic style of these workouts and it’s reassuring to see those on the video struggling in some sections. I also love the minimal equipment needed for this series. You definitely need hand weights and the strength bands to reap the benefits but most of the work is using you own body.

this is a nice workout for only 20 min, i am waiting for asylum vol 3 to come out, hopefully soon

This workout is great for working the connection between your body and your mind. This workout is a also great add-on to the Insanity Asylum Volume 1 workouts. It’s about 22 minutes of athletic drills. It’s great for when you don’t have a lot of time, but want a hard workout.

I purchased this for my pre wedding slim down. It is a great work out. Very good instruction. Fun to dance to.
