I wanted to learn meditation, so I bought this book. This book is a good guide that will teach how properly meditate. I found this book to be very interesting and helpful regarding meditation. This book contains proven steps and strategies for meditation. This book teaches us the techniques calm and relaxed. What I liked about this book is that it has also described about the chakras. It has focused on the secular meditation practices.

If you let meditation become a part of your life, as it has become a vital part of mine, then you won’t make a mistake, I can tell you that. That’s partially thanks to this book because along with the conclusion as the peak of the conversation, the author gives you the right words and advice as to why you should take this step in your life. I really loved the book. I always wanted to learn the techniques of meditation and this book helped me in many ways. I got to know many things which i never knew. I knew the right way of meditation that should be practiced. I have already started my part, my practice of meditation with the techniques told in the book and I’m finding a lot of difference in my lifestyle. i highly recommend this book to everyone who really wants to lead a peaceful life

I commute everyday for work and it takes me a couple hours of grueling traffic, which cause my stress level to shoot thru the roof. Been trying to relieve the stress in many ways… one of them is via eating, stress eating. I knew that isn’t healthy so I am trying to find an alternative. 1 alternative comes to mind… meditation. I started looking for a good book to learn from and how I can use it to relieve some of the stress I am experiencing. This book was a pretty good guide to meditation. It helped me to learn about the different styles and techniques of meditation, meditation tips, mental health and much more about meditation.

I recommend this book for the versatility of approach to self-awareness

I first read up on and tried meditation in the ’90s during grad school. And I now know that I did what many beginners do – I quit after a particularly glorious experience that I was unprepared for.

I was amazed at just how well this book worked for me. I always thought meditation would be really hard to learn. It seems like you need serious concentration ability and special powers to do it right. Well, this book takes away those barriers and shows you how you can jump right in and start making progress right away. It really wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. The benefits of it are huge and hit just about every part of your life. I feel so much more relaxed, less stress, and more energy after starting this!

Choosing to practice meditating 3-4 times in my week was one of the good things I chose to do in life. It really calms me, and leaves in a great state of mind. So, I wanted to learn more techniques and this book really helped me. I recommend it to everyone that wants to learn the same as me.

I’m a high-stress guy, which is probably why I purchased this book.I started using the book on a daily basis about two weeks ago, and it has begun to have a very real effect on the quality of my life.
