Unlike the previous book I read, this book got the information you need when starting with meditation. The book started from the history, to its benefits, until to the techniques you should know about. Studying meditation is easier to say than done, but the book explained it well. The book goes through also the different types and is able to present comprehensive information about them without compromising the brevity of its information. The book is worth trying making it a good guide for beginners.

This book is a complete guide of meditation for beginners. It has explained the different Chakras that are needed to give focus on. There are also helpful advise and a step by step process on how to have a successful meditation. When I’m done reading it I have learned that meditation does not have to be that long five to ten minutes a day would be enough to have a calm day.
