Great book for people who want in-depth understanding of meditation
Nowadays, stress has been a great part of our everyday lives. We experience all types of stress, whether good or bad; hence, at some point our mind and body also need to relax and be freed from everything. One great way to do this is through meditation, but meditation is not an easy thing to do. It is not as easy as we think it would be. I, for instance, have been trying to do it for sometime now, but I cannot make myself focus on focusing on nothing. I am easily distracted by something in my environment. Nonetheless, this book has been very comprehensive in tackling the meaning of meditation and the proper way to do it. It provided great tips on how to remove these distractions. It is also not hard to read even with its length and comprehensive type of writing.

The book gives great background and context on meditation, which helped me understand it more, and then goes into benefits before giving a clear description of how you can put it into practice yourself. I have been reading meditation books for a long while because it helps me learn the meditation techniques to relieve my stress. The book is very well-written. I like what Khalil Gibran said that “Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses understanding”. It is true. I’ve learned a lot from this book. I’ve learned additional information and principles of meditation. It also taught me about how it will give you benefits to your health and your own welfare. These guides are very easy to follow
I have learned some truths in the way the author conveys his ideas about meditation. As a beginner to this practice, I appreciate the author’s candor in presenting the whole idea of meditation with such glimpses of human nature and spirituality. Citing those famous quotations of wisdom makes this book more appealing to the reader. It is inspiring as well. The actual practice of meditation is presented in a manner that a beginner will find no complications in grasping the basic guides. These guides are very easy to follow. For me, this is a great book to start with in learning how to meditate. It is such an inspiration that allows myself to be possibly nurtured by the void frame of my seemingly incessant thoughts and the wonderful creations at the heart of the matter.
Meditation is what we need
Lots of book about meditation but this one is my favorite. I like this book because it is a complete package already. You will earn how to relax your mind and at the same time we learn spiritually growth. This book is good in uplifting minds. This book is very helpful especially when you feel down and stressful days. This book has good tips on how to relieve stress and how to manage stressful days. Now I am able to know how to manage my time and set my goals. This is really helpful. I like how the author arrange this book. This book is not about meditation at all it gives you knowledge on how to relief from stress, anxieties and troubles. This book is good for everyone. Lots of learning here.
very interesting book
“The meditation slows your heartbeat, lowers your blood pressure, and gives you the essential time to concentrate on your breathing.” a quote from the book. This saying made me interested in trying meditation to lower my blood pressure and release my stress. It is a great book which introduces meditation in a very simple way for beginners so anyone can practice meditation without the need of experts.

Finding peace of mind is a great relaxing. I could say that there’s should be a time to relax and feel the greatest gift from God which is life. In reading this book of meditation I can say that this really a great book for those beginners who would like to start to reduce stress and anxiety. Very helpful and easy to follow steps on how to do it properly.
Stress relief that works!
I am constantly under pressure from my boss, so it seems a hopeless case for me to go to work. My head would hurt me every day. After reading the book, I have come to realize that I need to take it easy and meditate to relieve my stress so that I can be a calmer person and my inner peace can prevail. The book shows that there are different ways to meditate and that each person has their own way of doing it. Nonetheless, it does help to make you feel better after a stressful day.

I am trying on meditation and wanted a simple book to start with as I usually find meditation books to be quite overwhelming. This book gave me great straight forward tips on how to start meditating.
