This is the rare kind of cookbook I keep on hand for my daily me

I love this cookbook. Crack it open for a crowd-pleasing, healthy meal that is quick and easy. I got into the Paleo Diet based off of a friend’s recommendation and I’ve been sticking to it. The strength of this book is the variety it offers. You never get sick from eating the same thing because there are so may options within the constraints of the diet. One night you can have Crunchy Pecan Chicken, the next Sausages with Parsnip Mash and Mushrooms (my favorite) or any number of delicious breakfast options. I love the balance of meat and vegetables. I feel healthier and more balanced. The author thinks outside the box but keeps the average cook in mind with all of his recipe directions. My friend and I exchange our favorites all the time. Very good purchase.

Definitely would recommend this book bundle!

Excellent book! I have been interested in the paleo diet for some time now, but had resisted because of the fact that I thought I’d be severely limited as to what I could eat. The paleo diet entails eating what the paleo man/caveman ate at the particulate time of his era. I hope this book was able to help you to know about the paleo diet, and also how you can get more energy and lose weight effectively while on the paleo diet.I really recommend this author. Very authentic! I have enjoyed this book.

Understand paleo diet was never been this easy with the concept provided by the book. The boxset is quite organized because the first book talks about the concept of paleo while the second book is purely a cookbook aligned with the paleo diet.

These recipes are delicious and easy to make. I love the fact that they all come with nutritional facts as well. Along with the recipes the book is also very educational. I learned a lot about what I should and should not be eating. My entire family loves the food I make and they don’t know how healthy it is!

I’ve been reading and downloading different cookbooks for paleo beginners and this one made a great impact on my decision to start my paleo diet. Thanks to the author who provided the benefits I can get. It would be much better if there’s a picture included in every recipe. But still, it’s worth the read.

I’m totally a newbie about Paleo, so I bought this book that could help me understand better this type of diet. I wanted to thank the author or the great job she had made!. She explain very well all you need to know about paleo, what is it, the main benefits, what foods to eat and those to avoid, some myths about this diet. But, I love also the second book, the cookbook. I’ve tried some recipes and they really tasty and delicious. That been said, I would recommend this book to anyone that want to approach this diet just like me!

Loved the way this bundle is proposed , i am tired of books saying paleo and once you get the book there is nothing else than recipes after recipes , in this book what i really liked is that the author divided the book in 2 to offer a first book with the principle of the Paleo diet ,what is it , the myths and misconceptions which help to understand the diet and in the second book we have some recipes , my favorite is the grilled chicken tender
