Great Ways to Prepare Natural Food
There’s no doubt in my mind that following these recipes will produce some mouth-watering foods. Even though I haven’t tried any of them yet, I can say that with confidence because of my own experience in the kitchen. I look forward to using them.
Original Recipes Everyone Can Enjoy
In these times when so many people have health problems related to food such as celiac, diabetes, and various allergies, it’s hard to entertain with confidence worrying someone may have a food problem you don’t know about. Yes, they don’t have to eat what you serve, but being a good hostess, I want to know people can enjoy the food I’ve prepared without worrying about the ingredients.
It’s so hard to find recipes for this type of diet that aren’t either bland or boring. I love that the author included an alternative to bread crumbs. There are even some recipies in here that made me raise an eyebrow because I didn’t know what to do with the exotic items in the grocers isle. Who knew that limiting my diet could bring me more variety?
Wonderful addition to my cookbook collection
This is a wonderful cookbook for it’s healthy recipes, the ease of preparation and readily available ingredients. I collect cookbooks and have quite a few. This is one I am proud to add to my collection because I know the recipes are ones I shall use again and again. Whether you are a “newbie” to cooking or a “seasoned” cook you will find this cookbook is a keeper.
Paleo Recipes by Victoria Sunsett is a great cookbook for healthy eating today. Pick and choose recipes that you like. There are plenty here to choose from.

Thorough and yummy!
My husband and I have recently decided to add more fish and meat into our diet. That said, we’re really conscious of eating “natural” foods that are truly healthy. This book has provided us exactly what we needed: Hearty meals without all the crap (excuse my language :-).
not just another Paleo book!
Although there seem to be a lot of Paleo diet cookbooks out, this new recipe book by Victoria Sunsett is a welcome addition. From what looks to be a series, this particular edition focuses on proteins: meat and fish. The recipes included are not your usual “throw a steak on the grill, serve a green salad on the side and skip the potato!”…The author offers creative ingredient combinations, and uses plenty of fresh herbs and seasonings, which enhance the flavors of what are often boring or basic ingredients. Using overlooked and less familiar (but delicious as well as economical) ingredients such as eggplant, courgettes, celeriac; beef tongue, pork neck and lamb liver; and flavorful greens such as Swiss chard, arugula, kale and frisee – this book makes this a great addition to your Paleo Diet library.
Paleo Diet Works For Me
Paleo diets are based on a simple premise–if the cavemen didn’t eat it, you shouldn’t either. So say goodby to refined sugar, dairy, legumes, and grains and say hello to meat, fish, poultry, fruits, and veggies. This book has a extensive collection of delicious recipes and I am impressed with the detailed cooking instructions. Great job Victoria!
Lovely fresh food!
It’s refreshing to see a book using all fresh ingredients instead of tins and packets. If more people used this style of cooking there would be more healthy and happy people around. You cannot get bored with the recipes because there is plenty ideas for all the meats. If you like meat but are tired of cooking the same things, try this book!
