By far this is the best ab wheel I’ve used. I tried this one at my gym and bought one as soon as I got home. I do abs at least 5 days a week and this makes for an easy workout. As for the details on it, the hand grips are shaped to contour your hands and provide better grip. Also, with a much wider wheel, I can go out to the left and right at a great angle for a better workout for my obliques. Overall, this decreases the strain I felt on my lower back from using a regular ad wheel. As an FYI, my full workout regime includes 5 days cardio (2-3 mile run each day), 5 days weight training (3 heavy days, 2 light days), 2 Yoga sessions (for flexibility and balance), and the supplements include a pre-workout pump (usually NO xplode or C4), protein shake (whey powder), and a daily test 

Absolutely wonderful! Fast results!

this works. never in my life have I had “abs.” after switching to a low carb/keto diet and using this for about 5 weeks, abs were there. amazing. very tough the first week. it gets easier the more you use it. amazing the workout your abs get beyond what you can do with situps, crunchess, and leg lifts. your upper body seems to get a bit of workout from this too (not just abs).

This ab carver will make you realize how little core strength you have when you first start using it. It does an excellent job of isolating the core muscles to give you an intense and targeted workout in little time. The results have been amazing and the quality of the product is great. It has never broken or shown signs of excessive wear.

This has become a central part of my workout after the gym. Works abs, core, shoulders, back, and used well affects a good deal of your body with strong effort. Key to use is after every couple roll-outs, lift roller just enough to hear the spring inside recoil. Then the tension will always be correct! Well crafted, strong spring mechanism, VERY ergo design, and turns beautifully with you as you extend left and right!

Easier on my over 40 body’s joints but also not tough enough to work the abs out

I have another ab roller without the springs and only 1 thin wheel. The one with the thin wheel is much harder and a better workout. However it was causing shoulder pain and I couldn’t use it that often. So this ab carver has eliminated the should pain but in order to get as good a workout you really need to do more reps. It does give another advantage of doing twisty rollouts to help work out the obliques but they should never have spring loaded it to make it easier to curl in defeating the purpose of working out the abs more. Great Design except for the spring “cheat”

This is definitely a workout!
