What is it Doing To My Body and How is it Supposed to Help Me? This Explains It. I Would Have Preferred More Recipes That Were Low Carb. I Think They Over Did it Sometimes on The Carbs. Other Than That, I Thought It Was Pretty Good.

The key to success here is to think in terms of what you can do to boost your immune system. The diet is the biggest thing you can do to help strengthen your body and keep you healthy. Consider all the things you can do to help boost your immune system so you will be healthier. Diet and nutrition is a great place to start. Others areas that help to boost the immune system are to reduce the stress in your life, get plenty of rest, get enough exercise, and break any bad habits you may have. Do all of these things along with dieting and it will help to make you as healthy as possible. Dieting alone is a great start, but the body needs attention in all of the mentioned areas to make sure you have living as healthy a lifestyle as possible. You will be able to diet better if you are not subjected to any bad habits. Even though the habits may make you feel good temporarily, they have long-term bad effects on the body. If you smoke, drink alcohol in excess, or take recreational drugs, you need to break these bad habits. A couple of weeks before you start your diet (or even a couple of days if you do not want to take that much time) record in a food journal all of your meals and snacks. Also, record how you feel after each meal. This will help you when you go on the diet, you will be able to see a marked difference in the way you feel as well as the evidence with your weight reaching a normal level. Make an average of how much junk food you eat in one day. Is it a couple of meals at a fast food restaurant with junk food snacks in between the meals? Once you have the amount of junk food you consume on an average day, cut that amount in half and on “week one” eat that and replace the other half with healthy foods (use the recipes in this book from the belly fat diet.) Cauliflower Soup Baked Potatoes Twice, Shrimp Scampi were so stinking GOOD. I love that this book teaches you how to eat healthy. They lay out a very easy to follow diet plan, with simple ingredients and very easy to follow instructions. Easy for even beginner cooks. There are 2 different diets in this book and very much worth the read. I would recommend trying this one out for yourself for sure. Very tasty , easy, and you can take the digital copy to the store on your device so you wont forget any of the ingredients. Enjoy

Good basic meals, but lacking on nutrition knowledge
The Good: I fast 3 days out of the week, intermittently, so this book caught my eye. There is a nice variety of recipes that cover all meals of the day, and I liked how the ingredient amounts were given in multiple measurements forms. Tasty basic meals that were easy to prepare.

This is a great book that has allowed me to go out the house and make it to work on time because of the quick meals that it has shown me to make. New ways to try and improve my metabolism while still going to the gym and not having to take any supplements. Highly recommend this must read.
