I’ve read several of Kevin’s books and they have all been excellent. I actually got this one, not because I am vegan, but because I have a good friend who has gone vegan. One of the things my friend and I like to do is make dinner together. So we used the Raw Vegan Recipes book the other night to make a dinner from. What an enjoyable time we had looking at all of the recipes that Kevin presents in this book. We actually found about fifteen different things we would like to try. Even though I am not vegan, it works out good for me to try more of these recipes because I am trying to lose weight. This is a great Kindle book from a wonderful author. You won’t be disappointed if you get this book, well worth the little it costs.

I’ve been hearing an awful lot about the raw food diet lately as well as the vegan diet and their benefits so I wanted to do a little research and see if any of the hype I had been hearing was true and I came across this cookbook that not only dealt with being a vegan, but being a raw food vegan as well so I thought I would take a look (it is important to note that I don’t think I will be giving up being a carnivore anytime soon. I am more or less curious about how I can add raw vegetables and other nutritious organic substances to my existing diet to be a well-rounded human being)

Having read and devoured Kevin Kerr’s first Raw Vegan Recipes book I was excited to find this follow-up in the Kindle store. Another batch (60) of awesome recipes for vegans. I like to get new vegan recipe books to discover the latest cutting-edge concoctions and Kerr’s e-books never disappoint. Another smart, well-researched collection of culinary delights. Recommended!

I’m not vegan, but from time to time I like to change my regular diet for a day or two and vegan diet is perfect for this because I usually follow Paleo. This book is perfect for what I need, it’s full of information about different kinds of fruits and veggies as well as explanations why we need them and what nutrients they contain. From meat eaters point of view very good book!

There are so many good pieces of advice in this book that it’s necessary to take notes on every page….I especially like the idea of a fresh vegetable juice in the mornings and also that fact that transition to a raw food diet is optimal….I am so glad to hear about CHAGA….which sounds really interesting….try these recipes and eat yourself yo better health!

Most importantly look at that amazing cover and apt book title. This really is the bible of raw vegan recipes. You could taste the flavors of those fruits! I was looking out for a raw vegan recipe book and this one fits the bill perfectly. There are so many recipes that I still haven’t tried all of them yet! In addition to the quantity of recipes, the quality is top notch as well. Most of the recipes mentioned are downright delicious and my friends had no clue it was raw vegan food. It was that great! The author also shares a lot of information highlighting the benefits of switching to a raw vegan diet.

Raw vegan recipes are what I need to incorporate in my everyday life. The recipes inside of this book were filled with fresh raw foods that I enjoy on a daily basis. I love celery and grapes, and these were to ingredients the author recommends for a daily cleanse. Converting to a raw vegan life does not seem like it is difficult, but I know it would be difficult to break away from meat. This books explains how easy the transition could be with delicious meals and snacks that can be enjoyed by myself and family, so I will not have to make the transition alone.
