Dr Whitaker understands diabetes and how to eat to keep it under control. My wife and I actually spent time in his clinic and enjoyed the delicious food served there. I have bought and given several copies of this to friends with diabetes. All the feedback from them has been positive.

I love the recipes in this book. My blood sugar dropped dramatically after just three days of using this as my primary cooking source. Dr. Whittaker knows what he’s doing. All those with diabetes should have this on their kitchen shelf.

I have enjoyed the meal I have prepared out of it.It and reversing diabetes by Julian Whitaker I believe is going to work. So far I have went from a 7 to 5.5. Give me alittle more time and check this again. I want to stay with it a while. But the food is delightful I can’t call it a diet book.

Although the ideas are good, I am not inclined to eat many of the foods indicated. I think I will stick with the fruit/veggie regimen and cut out diet soda, a lot of beef and multi-preservatived foods.
