Pleasantly surprise with this purchase. I received 2 DVD’s and they have multiple workouts on them. So for the price, it is definitely worth it. I like this video better than Hip Hop Abs. You get a 15 minute dance option, a 20 minute dance option, 30 minute, 45 minute AND a 10 minute abs option. Personally I love having all of those options for when I have more and less time to workout.

So much stinking fun I can’t stand it! Easy to follow, amazing cueing, and FUN. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still tripping over my feet. It’s not easy dance moves but definitely learnable. I can see where you’d get bored after a bit but keep these in rotation!

I love starting my day off with this workout! I have tried exercise videos that are not motivating, but more of a drag. With Rockin Body, I am excited to exercise in the morning. I have two toddlers, so getting motivated to exercise over resting for 30-40 minutes is a challenge. These videos I do at 5am, without any hesitation. A game changer!

It really works if you follow the plan and actually do the workouts. I did it for one week and lost three pounds. I’m going to continue and hopefully lose more weight.

Finally I got information that I can use to Slim Down… Rockin Body has a Book or Pamphlet… “Never Diet Again”… and I been needing information like that for awhile now… I been all messed up on “Facts” for weight lost… because I knew so much and I did not know how to Get Started… Because I was brain washed with too much information and did not know how to set up a correct way to use everything that I knew… Everything in this “Never Diet Again”… was everything that I knew… but Finally it’s all laid out in front of me in a way that has a lot of Benefits… It’s like a that will work for me… Which is what I been looking for and Finally I found something… I love Rockin Body just for the “Never Diet Again” Because it’s everything that will work… and set up Great… Simple and Easy to follow…

It actually got me sweating. Even when I was just beginning to learn the moves, i was drenched in sweat from just trying to learn it. Sure there are some weird things about it like the fact that its a stage and there is a guy announcing each segment. That gets annoying but the workout routine surpasses that. just skip over the guy and get to sweating!

Fun dance moves and I do get a nice sweat (I like the 45-minute workout), but ANNOYING backup dancers. They look too fake/exaggerated enthusiasm. If you can ignore them and just focus on Shaun T.’s instructions and dance moves, you can get a good and fun workout.

Fun and entertaining workout! I just wish they were more intense and took less time out of my day. I would definitely recommend this for someone who has a lot of free time or is very dedicated to working out. You must workout almost every day for 1-2 hours. I make sure I find the time to do it and I actually want to workout on my days off!
