Wide range of recipes for the Keto diet
I found a great variety of recipes in this book. However many of the recipes call for ingredients I’ve never heard of before. Some recipes will list an ingredient and next to that ingredient it will recommend making it from scratch. But those made from scratch recipes are not presented in this book. I found it a bit frustrating. For these reasons I give this book a three star rating.

There are so many SmoothIe recipes listed in this book. Some can be made with ice cream, chocolate if you have a sweet tooth. There are many that use only natural ingredients so a yummy smoothie will help those that want to loss weight but still remain full after a low calorie smoothie. The recipes are easy to understand and I will purchase from this seller again.

As a big coffee drinker I liked seeing some recipes that incorporate your morning java, so you can combine your morning coffee and breakfast if you are in a hurry.

Great Recipe Book
I usually have a smoothie 3-4 times a week, but find myself making the same thing quite often. This particular recipe book has many recipes I have never seen before (surprisingly). But what we stood out to me about this recipe book was how simple these recipes were. A must for those running out of ideas on what to put in there smoothies.
