Great recipes here, more potential for the book
Now don’t get me wrong, I loved the recipes in this book – the recipes are all so easy to follow and the ingredients are readily available in grocery stores or other health food stores. However, personally, I expected more out of Stewart’s latest book. After loving his collection of Paleo cooking recipes, I was hoping for more of the same kind of pros/benefits out of this book and it just wasn’t there for me. The introduction was difficult to read and I would have liked that recipes were organized under easy to find categories – fruit based, vegetable based, meal supplements, work-out and health focused, and desserts, or something along those lines. Again, the recipes themselves sound super amazing and I’m ready to try many of these out myself, but I’ll be honest and say that even though I’m keeping this book for its content, I was a bit disappointed in the end.

Speciality smoothie recipes are also noteworthy with ‘Pre-Workout’, ‘Post-Workout’, ‘Anti-Aging’, ‘Detox’ and ‘Multivitamin’ choices.
Wide range of recipes for the Keto diet
I found a great variety of recipes in this book. However many of the recipes call for ingredients I’ve never heard of before. Some recipes will list an ingredient and next to that ingredient it will recommend making it from scratch. But those made from scratch recipes are not presented in this book. I found it a bit frustrating. For these reasons I give this book a three star rating.
Great recipes but would be nice if there were some pictures
“Top 200 Smoothie Recipes” has absolutely everything that I look for in a recipe book. Easy to understand and clear directions, a navigable table of contents (if I’m in a rush and want to try something new then all I have to do is click on one of the links of whatever has caught my eye- sounds simple but the time saved really adds up!). Oh, and of course the most important factor: the overall good quality of the recipes. The ones that I’ve had the pleasure of trying so far are not only really good but also very healthy. I am very happy so far.

Top 200 Smoothie recipes offers great variety, offering a few recipes for everyone including recipes for vegans, diabetics, and low carb dieters. This recipe book offers many different smoothie combinations which makes it perfect if you are going on a smoothie cleanse because you will never get bored. Well put together the author includes everything that you will need for making your smoothies and also explains the great benefits to regularly drinking home made smoothies. As a big coffee drinker I liked seeing some recipes that incorporate your morning java, so you can combine your morning coffee and breakfast if you are in a hurry.

easy to follow
More than I expected!
I thought I might find a little inspiration with this e book. I was overwhelmed with the diversity of ideas for smoky! Sweet, savory, kid friendly, and even a few “adult” smoothies. I can’t wait to get back to my blender!
