I think he shares some great insights into what you need to hear and wish I heard some of this in my youth – it just great encouragment and a breakdown to walk out your goals with more confidence.

This book is a great, easy read for those who are looking for some ideas to help guide them in their search of becoming a better, fitter person. Tony lays out simple ideas to follow that make sense, aren’t too philosophical, and can be put into action by anyone.

Nice easy read, lots of fun and tony keeps the mood light and energetic. Not the most well written book, but I am not going to get hung up on trivials…just read it, enjoy it for what it is and take any advice and wisdom you can…we all can use a a bit more of each. Stories of personal accomplishments are touching and impressive. We all have it in us to do great things…decide, commit, succeed. I’m biased, of course, P90X and Beachbody (cheap plug) have been a part of my fitness regime for over a year now. Lots of physical improvements but the mental improvements are the most significant. Nothing like an awesome self esteem to push you through any challenge life can, and will, toss your way.

There are of great points in Tony’s book, inspirational stories and new ways to look at goals, motivation and life in general. And, unlike other books of this kind, Tony doesn’t approach the subject in an overwhelmingly self-righteous or preachy way. He makes it fun, light-hearted and enjoyable.

Tony’s 11 laws brings a framework of how to live your life. He explains how to determine what your purpose in life is, put a plan together, and use the rest of the laws to accomplish the plan and get to a life you love. His humor and style make this book very easy to read. Hearing where he started to where he is now is encouraging and inspirational. The flexibility built into his laws makes them feel attainable, while not letting you off the hook. If you are looking for a book to help you get on track to live the life you truly want this is it.
