They are trying hard but still victims of hearsay.

Many interesting looking recipes. None of which I have yet tested. Lots of recipes with the NOT scientifically proven “low fat” and “low salt” attitude. Dietitians love to regurgitate “everyone knows” BS that has never been proven with scientific research. Hearsay! At least their questionable (lack of) truth will probably not hurt anyone too badly.

Lots of terrific recipes for diabetics craving really tasty meals. No photos but recipes are well organized to make looking for favorites fairly easy. Highly recommended for diabetics who are desperate for delicious food and are willing to read and seek them out.

Especially for those who thought their gourmet eating days were over. No, it’s not pate de fois gras, but you will be pleasantly surprised to find that all flavor and lusciousness is not lost to you forever.

This cookbook is OK. I thought it would be better. Looked more interesting online than when I looked at it at home. I made one thing out of it so far as not really into anything in here. Will still make more, but was hoping for something that got me more enthusiastic to cook.
