This is the third marriage of convenience by Regina Duke, set once again in the enjoyable town of Eagle Toe, Colorado, and in my opinion they just keep getting better. Vicky Winn is an aspiring concert pianist whose heart and career have just been crushed by her weasely ex. Jason Darby is a down-to-earth potential billionaire, estranged from his demanding mother by her grief over his parents’ death. When an unscrupulous family friend tries to drive a permanant wedge between mother and son, Jason’s only chance to save his family and fortune is to agree to get married fast. Fortunately the elegant Vicky has just roller skated into his life.

Sweet!

This was a sweet clean romance. The characters were engaging and there was even a villainess. Of course it all ends well as do all good romances.

Really enjoyed

What’s to say, I am loving this series of Colorado Billionaires. This was funny, romantic, sad in some respects but if you haven’t read any of these and you enjoy a good love/romantic book you will love this AUNTIE the toy.

It was a quick read. Sweet. Jason isn’t a “alpha” billionaire but a really good man. Strong but not a jerk. Vicky is gentle and caring. I did like the ending and the way dementia onset was handled.

I did want the two protagonists to get in more trouble, but it is worth the time to finish. Delightful.

Regina Duke is now one of my favorite authors. The Wedding Venture was another great read. The only problem I have with this book was I had a hard time putting it down. Again as with the first two books it was filled with fun and romance with a little mystery thrown in. I think you will find this book delightful. Enjoy
