I love the collection of recipes and how they are sorted out depending on the vegetable. There are also pictures to help readers identify the vegetable if they are not familiar with it and there are many recipes to choose from which are not time consuming and are easy to follow.

The thing I hate the most is to find Rotten vegetables in my fridge that I didn’t use… This book basically gives you recipes for almost every vegetable You can think of… Delicious recipes that will also cost you money by avoiding Throwing vegetables away!
