4 EASY CAMPFIRE DESSERTS

CINNAMON ROLL STICKS
Servings: 5

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon rolls

Metal skewers
Stick, cleaned (optional)

PREPARATION
Wrap each cinnamon roll onto your choice of skewer.
Roast over fire like you will a marshmallow. Make sure to rotate to evenly cook through.
Enjoy with icing or on it own!

CAMPFIRE ORANGE CAKE
Serving: 8-12

INGREDIENTS
Box cake mix (according to box)
Oranges

Aluminum foil

Topping (optional)
Whipped cream

PREPARATION
Cut ⅓ of the top of the orange off.
Scoop out the meat of the orange. (note: save to make orange juice later!)
In a large bowl make the cake batter.
Fill up the orange bowl with the cake batter up to ¾ of the way full.
Place the orange top back on and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Toss it by the fire and roast for 15 minutes. Rotate halfway to make sure it cooks evenly.
Carefully peel off the foil and take the top off. Top it with whipped cream and enjoy!

BANANA S’MORES SUNDAE
Serving: 1

INGREDIENTS
Banana
Chocolate
Marshmallows

Aluminum foil

PREPARATION
With the peel on, slice the banana down the middle. Make sure not to cut through.
Stuff the banana with marshmallows and chocolate.
Wrap in foil and roast for 10 minutes rotate halfway.
Carefully unwrap and scoop out and enjoy!

MIXED BERRY COBBLER
Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
4 cups mixed berries
2 tablespoons flour
¼ cup sugar
4 biscuits
Tin pie pan
Aluminum foil
Cinnamon, pinch

Garnish
Whipped cream

PREPARATION
In the pie pan, add the berries, flour, and sugar and mix until berries are fully coated.
Add biscuits to the top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar (optional).
Place foil over the pan and cook over medium heat fire for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked.
Serve it with your favorite topping and enjoy!
