Using the right fats is important. Healthy fats help boost brainpower and even flip your body’s fat-storage switch “off”.
Stock your pantry with these heat stable, REAL fats for delicious baked goods with benefits:
Coconut oil provides rich, buttery flavor. Also slow to oxidize and resistant to rancidity.
Palm Shortening: Another great alternative to traditional shortenings (that contain trans fat) can help you achieve the tender flakiness that you like in crusts, cookies.
