Breakfasts

Option #1: Egg bake and sweet potato (4 days)
8 eggs: $4.00
1 1/2 cups spinach $0.99
1 tsp garlic powder (for eggs)
2 large sweet potatoes $3.95
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder (for potatoes)
himalayan salt
Total: $8.94
Bake 400F 25 minutes

Option #2: Pumpkin Smoothie (3 days)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree $1.99
Frozen cauliflower $2.99
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 heaping tbsp peanut butter 0.99 (jar was $2.99 but will last a few weeks).
2 tsp fresh ginger $0.25
1 cup cashew milk $2.99
Total: $7.72

Lunch
Option #1: Golden Lentil Curry (4 days)
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger $0.25
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 cup lentils $0.99
1 can coconut milk $1.89
1 cup water
riced veggies $3.99
Total: $7.81

Option #2: Chickpea and veggies (3 days)
frozen veggies: $2.99
chickpeas: $1.29
lemon juice: $1.50
an egg $2.00
Total: $7.78
Bake 400F 20 minutes

Dinner
Option #1: Chicken and veggies (4 days)
ground organic chicken $9.99
asparagus $2.19
butternut squash $1.34
Total $15.17
Bake 400F: chicken 25 minutes, veggies 15 minutes.

Option #2: spaghetti squash vegan bolognese (3 days)
1 spaghetti squash: $1.34
lentils: $0.99
strained tomatoes $1.99
total: $4.32
Spaghetti squash: 400F for 40 minutes

GRAND TOTAL: 53.14
