Working out at home can be a blast, especially when Team Training is involved. We have loved bringing our high-energy Team Training sessions right into your home, and—if you haven’t had the chance to try one yet—today we want to show you where you can find the workouts.
In our gyms, we have taken the idea of personal training and re-imagined it as a team exercise. Our Team Training rooms are equipped with incline trainers, weights, TRX ropes, and other equipment to get you a full-body workout. At the heart of these workouts, though, are HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and resistance training. Each member will start either on the strength or cardio section, complete the exercise of the day, and then swap sections. By swapping your section throughout the workout, our coaches ensure that you get a full-body workout in less than an hour. In each session, an experienced coach is there to guide you through your workout and help you blast through your calories for the day. Our coaches are the ultimate best bud, there to push you to your limits, ensure proper form, and create a well-rounded exercise routine just for you.
Now, you can find the high-energy Team Training workouts led by your favorite coaches right on our website for free. With Chuze On-Demand, we bring your favorite workouts directly to your living room. From Group exercise workouts and family exercises to yoga and strength—we have got your routine covered. Coaches like Ashton Atilano bring you into their living rooms and guide you through a warm-up, workout blocks, and sometimes even have special guests like family members and pets.
You can also find Team Training workouts on our Instagram page and by tuning into Instagram live. Here you can write to the coaches and truly create that “team” vibe even when you aren’t physically in a Team Training room. We even post written out workouts that include a warm-up to get your muscles ready for training, and then three different workout blocks—just like our in-person sessions. You can take our written workouts with you anywhere, whether you are on-the-go or want to unplug for the day.
No matter if you are a seasoned athlete, or brand new to working out, our Team Training sessions can be catered specifically to enhance your fitness levels. During an in-club class, coaches give a suggested heart rate range, but always ask you to work within your limits. And that goes for our free at-home workouts as well. If you feel like you need to back off or take a break, listen to your body and do so.
For less than one personal training session a month, you can join in on an unlimited amount of team training sessions with our More membership. Our coaches are able to give you personalized attention while the other participants in the Chuze Family are there to cheer you on. Even when you join in on an at-home exercise plan without equipment, you can feel the energy of our coaches cheering you through the workout, offering modifications, and pushing you to go further than you’ve ever imagined.
From the coaches to the music, to the workouts, heart rate monitoring, and the people around you, Team Training is all about motivation. We would go as far as to say, it would be impossible to hop into a session without feeling like you can take on the world—because you can!
