Use your Tongue to Balance the Energy in Lungs and Heart
Your tongue has energy points connecting to your lungs and to your heart—especially to your heart—and saliva created this way is good for helping with digestive issues.
Helps with:
- Heartburn
- Acid reflux
- Recovery from heart attack
- Loss of taste and smell
How to do:
- Open your jaw a little, open your lips, and put the tip of your tongue behind the center of your upper front teeth. Slide your tongue to the right side so it touches the back of all your upper teeth on that side. When you get to the end of that side, move your tongue down to the back of your teeth on the bottom of the same side.
- Now slide your tongue around to touch the back of all your teeth on the bottom. When it gets to the last tooth on the far-left side, move it up on the back of your upper teeth on that side and then back to the center of your front teeth, creating a complete circle.
