How to do:

  • This point is located a little behind your hip bone at about the same level as your pubic bone.
  • Make a fist with both hands with your thumbs tucked inside and tap the point in the hollow right behind you hip bones with your thumb or index finger knuckle as firmly as you can without discomfort.
