This point is a connection between the lower part of your body and your torso. Keeping it open is very important, especially if your sit a lot or have any problems in the lower part of your body.

It helps with:

  • Sciatic pain
  • Numbness in your legs (legs “asleep”)
  • Neuropathy
  • damaged cartilage in hips and knees

How to do:

  • This point is located a little behind your hip bone at about the same level as your pubic bone.
  • Make a fist with both hands with your thumbs tucked inside and tap the point in the hollow right behind you hip bones with your thumb or index finger knuckle as firmly as you can without discomfort.
