I am Chunyi Lin, I am a Qigong Master. I have been teaching Qigong to the world for more than 30 years, following ancient Chinese tradition. My whole life is for one purpose, and one purpose only – that is to create a healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering.
When I first started teaching Qigong in America, not many people knew about it. I searched for a long time for ways to explain to the world the concept and the practice of Qigong, since it is a very different mindset and understanding of eastern and western culture.
Recently, I accepted the truth that there are no simple words to describe what Qigong is.
Qigong is a practice of heart. It is a practice of look inward to oneself. The time we spend practicing Qigong meditation and movements is the time we connect with ourselves. Through consistent practicing, we naturally look into and examine ourselves inside, who I am and what I am, what is my purpose, what is my soul’s purpose. You will start finding answers to these questions in your meditation.
Qigong is a way of life. Through deep examination of ourselves inside, we start to chisel away what are un-needed to be “me”. In Chinese, we call it “修煉” (Show Lian). Which means “continuous corrective actions to refine oneself”. This is also a life-long practice for many ancient or modern-day teachers and masters.
Qigong is a study of our relationship with the universe, the study of the Tao. In simple translations, Tao is “the way”. Qigong is a study of the way of the universe, the way of us, and the way of how we act in relations to all things in the universe. It is the alignment of ourselves to the law of nature.
You may ask: What about medical Qigong? Qigong is a practice of heart, a way of life, healing comes from the alignment of the body, mind, and heart. In Another word, “healing” is a natural by-product when your body, mind, and heart are in alignment.
The practice is more important than terminology.
Recent years, Qigong becomes popular, more and more people know Qigong and understand the benefits of it. More people are practicing this ancient Chinese’s way to align the mind, body, and heart.
My life mission is to bring a healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering. With this mission, I created Spring Forest Qigong, an authentic form of Qigong that is simple to practice yet powerful for your healing and mind body alignment. If you are new to this message, end your suffering now. Meditate with me, practice Qigong with me.
