Master Mingtong’s meditation focuses on Acceptance, the first of the Three A’s practice.
Unconditional acceptance can be challenging. A common pattern in our culture is resisting, fighting, judging, denying, or running away. We are learning to internally, accept whatever is present. Then we can activate the openness of energy of the body, mind, and heart. From there we can appreciate what’s happening internally.
When you accept what’s happening, your grip on old blockages begins to dissolve and you will notice energetic changes happening inside. Master Mingtong invites you to go deeply inward in this meditation.
