Relieve Digestive Problems by Stimulating the Energy Points in Digestive System
The corners of your mouth have energy points connecting to your large intestines and digestive system.
It helps with:
- Digestive problems
How to do:
- Rub your hands until they are warm.
- Place your arms next to and below corners of your mouth, and massage gently by moving your hands in a circular way 36 times (if helpful, puff out your cheeks for better access).
- Massage in the other direction 36 times, and then use your index and middle fingers to gently pat these areas for 30 seconds (patting without massaging is also good).
