Release Stress In Your Head, Neck and Shoulders

This exercise helps open a better connection between your eyes, brain, and the rest of your body. It also stimulates energy channels to your lungs and heart, activates the energy in your eyes, strengthens the muscles in your neck, and releases stress in your head, neck, and shoulders.

How to do:

  • Sit or stand straight, facing forward, with your eyes closed. Slowly turn your head to the left. When your head is turned as far as it comfortably can, quickly open your eyes and look far into the distance for about 1 second. It is good to imagine looking across a good distance. If you are in a room, imagine seeing a mountain range or a forest, or something similar in the distance.
  • Now close your eyes again and slowly turn your head to the right. When your head is turned as far as it comfortably can, quickly open your eyes and look far into the distance for about 1 second.
